Service Description

Your initial Ayurvedic consultation will be centered around establishing an in depth understanding of both your prakriti or dosha (elements that governs your body), as well as your current state of health, vikriti. Over the course of our 90 minute consultation via Zoom we will have a comprehensive conversation that details the foundational practices to bring nourishment and balance to your body and dosha/s (elements that governs your body), as well as address any symptoms you are currently experiencing. These practices will be rooted in the three pillars of Ayurveda, diet, rest, spiritual practice (intentional movement, meditation & yoga asana). You will receive the results from your Dosha test, as well as a detailed summary of our conversation, plan of action & how to implement. You will walk away with the tools, practices & knowledge to feel empowered on your path to sustainable, aligned health & wellness.
