Being Kind is so under appreciated;

When some people are having rough days they take all their built up aggressions out on other people that aren’t involved, that’s why the practice of not taking anything personally is so important. We become emotionally intelligent and strong when we become aware of our feelings and are able to channel them or release them in healthy ways without harming yourself or others. When tensions rise, practice grounding so you remain unphased by the waves of emotions around you. Remain your kind, beautiful self. It’ll be appreciated more than you know.
