Connect W/ Yourself❤️

Put yourself into alignment for your day & take back control over your power and being. Take a few deep breaths, do a stretch and a workout routine or Yoga/ Pilates/Qigong to wake your muscles up and get blood flowing through your limbs again. Drink lots of water for this full moon with the cardinal energy.
